UVA was overrated on Sat nite but when they lose in Dean Dome tonight that will be big time win!
I like Barrett's quote where he said essentially they like playing on the road to feed off of the home crowd's noise. These guys are different from any team we've seen since maybe 2001. They are cold blooded.
Or that they wear the road black uniforms because it’s the opposing teams funeral? Awesome. Cold blooded indeed.
After further evaluation we are definitely better on the road than at home. We shoot so much better. Idk if I’ve ever seen anything like this...especially from a young team

It's 8 on 5 everywhere we go, so do any of them actually count as road games?
NO, not until we've played the Hoos in Tony Bennett's driveway, or at Ol'Roy's wayward rental house for former Tar Heel drug addicts.

The 2015 played fairly well on the road, too. Won at Wisconsin (National Runners-up), Virginia (2 seed in the NCAA Tourney), Louisville (Elite 8), and UNC (Sweet 16). The 2015 team also had a few nice freshmen... still got road games against Louisville, Va Tech, Syracuse, and UNC. We'll be battle-tested, no doubt. I think these guys are up for the challenge.
To me this weekend’s game reminded me a lot of the @Wisconsin game in 2015. We got out early and just played professional ball throughout. The home team would make a run from time to time but it never got low enough for serious concern. Every time the home team would punch Duke had the counter punch.
The 2012 team went undefeated on the road.
Then lost the Lehigh
This team is miles away better than the 2012 team.
I do not know about you, but I still have serious concern when a 20-pount lead is cut to 19...
