Their appealing? You can cancel those suspensions. Once the paperwork hits a desk in Indianapolis things stop. The NCAA has a firm, we don’t fight or argue when someone appeals policy.

I’m not sure, but a few of them are out of eligibility after this season, so their careers could potentially be over.
Its all a ploy to get them to be eligible next year (they know they have no chances to win year in year out) so they can try and stack their team all at once with the Ferrari boys that are coming in.
and why not make some cash on the side while doing it? as opposed to faking some injuires ..cough.. cough.. cough (cause they don't do that in Iowa) to get the medical redshirt

Tell good old Kirk Ferentz that I "smell a rat". The only thing better would have been 6 football players and not wrestlers. I absolutely despise anything Iowa after the bull they pulled saying our players were faking injuries (including PJ Mustipher who had a season ending injury). I want Penn State to beat Iowa in every type of competition......spelling bee, chess club, doesn't matter.

Iowa DT suspended for season in betting case
Iowa defensive tackle Noah Shannon, who has acknowledged his involvement in sports wagering, has been suspended for the season. The Hawkeyes will appeal the NCAA's decision.
