No beef. Just being very technical I guess. But I'm sure prostitution wasn't first. If you think about it, something would have had to be created in order for someone to say "hey, I want that and I'll have sex with you for it." Whatever that is that was created was probably something of use and made for something else. Besides, back in the cave men days, I doubt many men asked to have sex with a woman. It was probably some sort of ritual and whatever man won got the female. I'm sure when people could speak and form villages prostitution wasn't far behind. Whatever.

Maybe not. Maybe they were a bunch of cucks. "Hey Grok, if I give you my woman, would you let me watch?"

Hahaha! Certainly possible. But I'd like to believe in that time in history, though a TON of f'd up animalistic behavior was present, people were probably more preoccupied surviving and taking down woolly mammoths. I mean, the entire human history is littered with absolutely crazy behavior and some point or another. I just doubt that fetishes were a part of the game plan. They more likely killed people to have sex with a woman rather than volunteer her for a Thursday evening show for everyone around a fired they'd just invented. It's all speculation though. Who knows? They may have had an original Rex Ryan just feeling ladies feet and pleasing himself. :joy:

I tend to think of this more in terms of statistics. I would say considering the potential hazards he names including nuclear war, pandemic, large meteor strike etc. It's more like a 1 or 2% probability of extinction in 100 years if nothing changes.

I do think putting a permanent colony on Mars that can sustain itself is good insurance of the continuation of the human race. That might be doable sometime during this century.

Guess you've never seen the first season of the SyFy show the Expanse.

If you did, we'd never let a human step on Mars.

I'm a little bit disappointed. I'm actually so sick of the "I'm a liberal and I hate all conservatives" and "I'm a conservative and I hate all liberals" crap in this world that I was really hoping the end of humanity on earth would be over before I die. Can we try to get the end of humanity over in the next 20 years please? Thanks
Apocalyptic take Glenn.

Good thing I'll be dead

That's the plan my friend. Not my words. Theirs.

"With climate change, overdue asteroid strikes, epidemics and population growth, our own planet is increasingly precarious."

Hawking warned about the dangers from nuclear war, global warming, genetically-engineered viruses and artificial intelligence (AI).

billionaire Elon Musk said humans must somehow merge with machines or risk becoming irrelevant in the age of AI.

To be fair, concerning being enslaved by aliens, Hawking was commenting about what happened in Earth history when civilizations met and one was technologically superior to the other.
