William as MIB is rather viable theory. Last episode he did take a bit of a dark turn at the Nitro wagon heist.
He maybe part of the money men that invested into the park. Delos?
I think it's two timelines being shown, look at Delores she may have been dropping that can of condensed milk for 30 years.
Only thing is that the old hosts suppose to be a bit more 'clockwork" like the one down in cold storage that Ford drinks with.
It's obviously a huge park, may not even be on Earth.
I think the end game is a way to immortality via technology.

I've seen several folks talking about it possibly not being on Earth. I can see that. Like the immortality angle.

I think William is Man in Black for sure. His buddy is going to get killed which is the disaster that Man in Black alludes to. William then overtakes the corporation instead of his buddy which allows him to become the rich and powerful Man in Black.

I kind of also think Dr Ford is a robot. To go a little further, I actually think he's the mysterious "Arnold", who the real Dr Ford created. He then killed the real Dr Ford and started to live as him.

Sean seems to like it. So I won't watch it.
Sean isnt even a real person its just an AI created to distract you from the matrix the hosts have put you in. Come on you know this open your mind come to my house and watch some TV with "Sean" and I.

It's a shame we won't get your analysis on last night's orgy scene.

I'll be surprised if William doesn't end up being the Man in Black at this point. How good was that scene with Harris and Hopkins last night?

Aren't there still people alive that know Arnold/Ford? Other than that you make a lot of sense.

Dolores is a real human that never ages. Man in Black used to catch aliens with Will smith

I don't think so. In the last episode, the Logan guy was telling William about the park's background and made mention of the fact that no one in their company can find any information about who Arnold was.

My theory does kind of go sideways if you consider that someone presumably would have known Dr Ford and he would age over time. But it could be that Dr. Ford created Arnold in his image (playing off the whole God thing) and Robot Dr Ford/Arnold continues to tweak himself so that he appears to others to age.

I'm not saying I wouldn't have a ball in that world, but I don't understand why I should care what happens to those machines. It's like a video game where you can't die

If that was the only level I could see in the show, yea I wouldn't watch it either

Great show

^Agreed.

Think the two timelines are current day(the William and Logan storyline) and 30-35 years in the future(Ford, MiB, Bernard, etc. storyline).

Wyatt = Arnold IMO.

Notice the gunslinger down in the basement?

Noticed the West world logo on the PC is different than that up in the Design labs.

I think that's why most believe there is two different time lines. Because of the logos being different. One is more modern lookin, and one is more retro

Has anyone watched the original film? Is it worth checking out? I assume it's totally different than the show.

Another great episode.

Last 10 minutes were extry good.

- Think most saw that coming with Bernard. Now the question is how long has he been around?

Said after Arnold so less than 35 years.
I think she's is being replaced by the robot Ford was making down in the basement.

You have to wonder if there were a real Bernard that got in the way once upon a time too.

Ok. So I think Ford was Arnold's original creation and after becoming self aware and evolved, Ford went rogue and took over the park ala the old "AI taking over its creator." Maybe Arnold is still alive, maybe not.

Original sin was man wanting to be like God. What is more human than that? I think Ford "achieved" that. I also think thats the center of the maze. If the MIB finds the center, it will lead to exposing Ford for what he truly is. Just my theory.

And yes William as MIB, and two timelines

I agree that Ford is a actually a robot that the real Dr Ford created in his image. The current Dr Ford was Arnold, but then got rid of the actual Dr Ford and took over his persona. I think old Dr Ford is kept at the center of the maze, as new Ford wasnt programmed to kill him, so he couldn't. That Robot Ford has a secret facility where he presumably could allow himself to appear to age kind of answers that question/problem.

I'm really not sure what I just wrote.

I think we're both headed in the same direction in our theories with a rogue host Ford at some point taking control of things.

Another observation to back this up would be when Bernard pinged the 5 unregistered hosts in the sector where Fords old house was. It was a family of 4...Ford being there would've been the 5th host imo.

Unless the old dog was one. But good catch.

Something I saw over on the Main Board via reddit:

Is it possible ford has a split personality and is also Arnold? He is always talking about he and Arnold building the place but last night near the end he said something to the effect of "I built this place myself".
