He is a first-team All Ivy player from Princeton who got hurt this year and will use a medical redshirt and then go to a new school next year as a grad transfer. He is an undersized forward who averaged 15 pts/game last year as a junior. If we don't sign any freshmen in the spring, I wonder if Collins will be interested in him. Collins already took one grad transfer from the Ivy League in Kreisberg from Yale.

I think I would take as many "guys who can put the ball in the hoop" as possible, especially if it doesn't affect the long-term scholarship picture. Kid is a career 42% shooter from deep (a notch above Falzon's 35% his freshman year).

Averaging 15 ppg at Princeton is impressive since they generally are involved in low scoring games. Unless you can get a skilled big then a good shooter ala Taphorn can be useful

My thoughts too. Who gets injured next year? Absent, or in addition to, a big guy - best available talent for a year sounds like a no brainer to me.

You're right. With 2 scholarships available for next year, there'd be no regret in using one for him. Note that Princeton actually averaged 79 points/game last year (39th in the nation) so those aren't the old PO teams!
