He didn’t ban basic diversity training, though, he should. He banned critical race theory, which if you’ve ever sat through it, it’s racist as hell.
I have actually lead diversity training for a fortune 30...Critical Race Theory is not typical diversity training...it is well beyond acceptable to 95% of the population..but you keep being you.
