what's going on in the aqua-farming business in the southern part of the state? Did the salmon/trout farm ever get off the ground where they raised the arctic char? Did or do you guys at Tamarack get your trout and salmon from there or another aqua-farm? Those two dishes are perhaps my favorite when I'm down there. A nice piece of either of those fish, some of those red potatoes and a big mess of kale. Doesn't get any better.

Thanks first. We buy a lot of our trout from the Trout Lodge in Linside, West Virginia. A California based company bought that farm and the prices have went up in the last couple of years.

There were aqua farms in Logan and Sophia but both of those went out of business, I think.
