Tell us, again, how "the alternative" would have been worse than what we have?

I'm trying to figure it out, because "what we have" is:

A border crisis, higher COVID deaths than we had under "the alternative," massive rise in crime, massive inflation, 700% rise in Fentanyl deaths, huge rise in suicides, a total joke in foreign policy and the list goes on...

Can you help us understand how this is better than "the alternative?"

I mean, you're the one who made the claim.

Kind of a coward, aren't you @NYC_Eer?

Man enough to make a bunch of baseless claims, but pretty much a coward when it comes to explaining your hate-based claims.

Too big of a coward to admit you wasted your vote based on bias, hatred and party line.

Trump is a heavily flawed individual but he actually cared about the country coming out on top because he knew that would be the biggest possible boost to his legacy ...Biden and Democrats dont give a **** either way and are happy to sell the whole damn country to China...only concerned about SJW ******** and phucking over the lives of regular folks to prove their progressive cred.

Agreed that he is flawed. As for his policies, I struggle to see any.

One could rattle off Pedo-Joe's flaws with ease.

@NYC_Eer is full of it, when he says America is better off under the pedophile, than we would be had Trump remained in office and he knows it.

He means he is better off. He is mad because Trump capped SALT and he lost his big govt welfare payment.

I definitely understand the lazy and the live off the government types loving these leftists, which includes the child groper.

I don't know NYC_Eer's personal status, but what you say would make absolute sense to me then.

But for the work-for-a-living and tax-paying citizens, the pedophile is a nightmare.

That said, even if you're living life off the government, it still wouldn't explain how one could live in New York city, with all of the lawlessness and hatred.

Unless they're living off the fat of the living room.

Imagine if you lived in a city with nice streets and good services which add a lot of value to your property and you paid big time taxes but you didn't care because you itemized your taxes and wrote it all off and then one day the big government gift disappeared to give regular working folks a tax break. All of the sudden your taxes are the same but you dony get a big chunk of it back from the IRS.

You would act like an unbearable kvntnapkin too.

That's a crying shame.

My mother and stepfather are retiring. They currently live in New York. They are not staying in New York though. They pay almost $13,000 a year in taxes on their home.

Is it worth paying that and dealing with leftists?

Not to them. They are selling the house and closing their business. Sounds like they're coming home. If not, some place a lot closer.

New York should represent our great country. Instead, it's representing what we don't want our country to become.

They can't actually afford their homes without taxpayers subsidizing their taxes....boo hoo.

They can go pick up 2nd jobs.

It was a good game being played by blue states to get federal money . The right hand gives to the state & the left hand takes from the federal government. Democrats are not dumb , they played it well. Democrat governors raise taxes ,for local social programs, democrat senators vote for tax loopholes....& politicians skim off the top .....around & around we go....

Coming from the East Coast, this is exactly what Killing Trump (The next Bill O' book) was all about. It was about money...it's always about money.

I will still and forever be against Donald Trump. Haven't liked the guy since the 1980's. I guess his personality, maybe. But I'll say this (and I can't believe I'm saying this), the way things were (minus the white-black nationalist rallies and rioting) in the country was better. If he could have just found a way to put his ego aside, he would have won voters like myself over in 2020.

But not when I think that person believes he IS the country.
We can agree Trump's personality hurt him bigley, but show me one policy that he was trying to put in place or did put in place that was racist or that wasn't for the good of all Americans? His policies was a mix of JFK and Ronald Reagan & they was working. He has been a liberal on social issues all his life , but he could see the policies that was in place only benefitted politicians not us .

Better comparison would be Eisenhower. He was liberal on social issues, but conservative on others. I'm not arguing his policies, I'm arguing that I felt HE (the man) felt like he was untouchable.

I agree 100% . My favorite part about him & one I hated was he never stopped doing interviews we all knew what he was thinking if we could keep up with him. No one can call him lazy .
