Interesting matchup as both teams are 2-1. Most likely Chambers will be the favorite but can Hickory Ridge give Chambers a good game. Any thoughts.

I think they can give them a good game and a run for their money.
Chambers played without 3 D1 starters last night in KC, TJ McGill and Prince Caldwell. The game wasn’t even entertaining and Chambers whipped Hickory Ridge in every facet of the game. People talk about Chambers losing Smothers but they have 3 really good RBs who are getting better and better every game and will be hard to prepare for in November/December. The defense dominated a very good Hickory Ridge offense all night.
Pretty embarrassing showing by HR last night, Chambers playing 3 studs down at that. They will be fine in their Iredell/Cabarrus conference - but once they meet a top Charlotte team they will bow out every year in the playoffs.
Also a lot of beef between these two schools on social media this past week - but it’s clearly only Chambers who’s really “about that smoke”. HR seemed fake tough.
