I didn't mean to say that Lyons was a multi-year attendee. I thought that was obvious. I do think that Luck came one year. I don't play the game enough and I would really hurt the score of my foursome. I will say that I got a hole-in-one once upon a time!

Hey, I like Dana too. He's a cool dude. He hasn't done it on the sidelines. I am a results oriented guy. If he wins 9 games next year, then he stays. If he doesn't then he goes.

Unlike you guys, I don't take this personal. It's just business. If this goes poorly, there is less booster money and less ticket sales and Lyons pulls the plug. If Dana turns this around the sales and booster money comes in then Lyons extends him (with a more favorable exit fee if they fire him later).

Or to put it another way...lighten up Francis.

Guys, I don't mean to be a "Debbie downer", I love the Mountaineers and I'm thrilled about the win. But we lose 8 starters on defense next year (not counting Worley). I think Smallwood will decide to play on Sundays. SH is too inconsistent, misses too many wide open receivers. He does play with heart and gives it 100%, God bless him for that, but he doesn't have quite the level of talent we need to be competitive in the Big XII. Someone in this thread mentioned that we probably won't make it to 9 wins next year....We won't make it to 7 wins next year. Mark it down. But go ahead sign ridiculous extensions. I honestly think the AD is intelligent enough to consider that was a 6-6 team with a terrible secondary.

I'm a season ticket holder and an '89 graduate. I'm sure you never even attended WVU. The Big 12 isn't close to being the 2nd Best conference in college football and K state doesn't get 4-5 star Juco recruits on an annual basis. I have already challenged you to prove it but you failed to provide any documentation that supports your claim and how do you remember what you say you continually lie.
