Hes a good player, but, "once he becomes familiar with the system"? Senior is coming back and you think its his familiarity in the system that has been holding him back? I think he will be better next season because of more reps. But if he's not familiar by now then he's a fringe backup or the system is far too complex...

His progress was delayed greatly by injury if you recall. A bad knee injury. His first year he was indeed learning the system and was still young. His second year he got injured early in the season. And this past year he got better and better as the year went on. I am glad he is coming back.

Will should be back healthy again after his surgery. One tough guy and can't wait to see him play one more year at Nebraska
