I hope Virginia can rebound and win because it’ll put us in first place in the ACC by ourselves but it won’t be an easy game on such a short turnaround

UNC has had a hard time against Bennett and UVA....seems they can’t score 50 pts against them lately....I think UVA beats them again in a walk....

hope you are right. I can see no situation in which I would ever pull for the holes.

UVA should win but they are playing the UNC turdholes. Wouldn’t surprise me if UVA slips in a pile of it and they escape another one.

I must admit ,as much as hate to, that I pulled for UNCheats once. It was in 1957 when they played Kansas for the NATTY. I was only 14 years old and very immature in my thinking. After the game my very wise father explained to me the reason I should never do this again. The one and only reason was if I wanted to put my big feet under the table and eat food he had worked for I would never pull for them again. I promised him I would not and now at the age of 75 I can say I have not broken my promise.

Fck the heels. At least UVA is a clean program where players go to class. I respect UVA. The heels can eat my azz :)

I like how the Clark player plays for UVA, he is making life difficult for Side Show Bob/Boozo/Coby White

Yikes, quick glimpse over at the gameday thread at THR and you’ll never guess what the consistent theme is...Poor officiating and Duke gets preferential treatment. We aren’t even playing and they can’t stop talking about us and conspiracies.

I would laugh harder but then I remember some of our gameday threads.

Man Luke Maye is so insanely easy to guard. I watch this guy and it’s nuts how easy it is to guard him. Now if left open, he’s a great shooter. But that guy leaves a lot to be desired in the athletic department.

UVA has to work too hard to score and they still run at a snails pace. I don't see them getting to final 4. Elite 8 is their ceiling IMO.

UVA definitely hungover from the Duke loss but what's more telling is that other teams are discovering how to beat their defenses. They're may be some long term concern

Your watching Tony Bennett get completely out coached.

You’ve gotta be more prepared out of TO’s and you’ve gotta get the ball in the right hands.

UNC has all the energy here, not sure uva can gather

They do looked gassed. Amazing how quickly that changed. You can see both mental and physical fatigue. Live ball turnovers, quick shots settling for contested 3’s, giving up wide open 3’s on other side. Not anything you normally see from a Virginia team.

I mentioned in a different thread about recent Duke teams that would be on the road, up in the second half, and watch the home team go bananas in the second half. Before we knew it we went from up 8 to down 10. No ability to get stops or stop the bleeding. That is what this looks like.

I lost track of time flipping through the channels during halftime and what I’ve watched of the second half, it’s definitely been a total difference from the first half to the second half

UNC is the better team, it’s that simple. Crazy they’re second best in acc and top 3-5 nationally.
