Congrats to local boy Brendan Franke on getting a ring. He earned it after being victim of one of the top 5 dumbest calls from a coach in the history of football

Miami lacked a lot compared to their last national title team, talent, swag, and that edge they had mentally, when it was time for the big show, they knew how to turn it up. Congrats to Indiana, that run from Mendoza was an all timer.

Looks like I was more correct as announcer just said Indiana has more fans in the stadium. 😉

BTW - what do “you” know about playing in a nat’l championship game? I always chuckle at a fan’s comment like that…unless you were actually on Nebraska’s roster…back in the day?
Shut up you moron. You know what he meant.

Exactly if that would have been a Miami team swag from the 80’s and 90’s Indiana would have folded like a paper tiger those teams had top talent in every position, wonder how Mendoza would have handled Warren Sapp blows through the offensive line and sack him before he could think and the shear intimidation
