D is playing better. But SMU never should have been close enough for a FG. We had them stopped but secondary allowed the tipped reception.

Monster o-line on the way, plus the two freshmen will get better. This win helps don't think we win this one without the new staff.

Leave BB out of it. We have a new staff with a new exciting offensive system that allows us to compete game in and game out. Past is done.

I know the O-line will be better next year if Rowdy and the big kid from Stroud steps in. Not sure how long it'll take ot see immediate improvements on the defensive side of the ball.

Its very rare for a true freshman on the offensive line to be an impact player , especially at Tulsa. They are better off redshirting, hitting another year on the weights and practicing technique.
