At some point in this "impeachment process" Pelosi has to designate who the House managers will be to prosecute the case against Trump. That call doesn't go out without a case, and there's no case without articles of impeachment being voted out of whatever committee is charged to recommend impeachment to the full House.

Folks, they're not serious about this! The minute they take a vote to impeach, they have to designate House managers to prosecute the case over in the Senate, which means they lose "control" of the issue. They need to find 20 Republican Senators to go along with them to convict, but before that they have to find House managers who will successfully prosecute the case in the Senate. Once it goes to the Senate (which is controlled by Republicans) Trump's defense team gets to defend him! Democrats are NOT allowing either the President or the House Republicans any defense right now! They're controlling this whole sham operation. If Democrats impeach Trump, they need a case. If they have a case, they MUST designate House managers to prosecute it.

Has Nancy designated who that will be? Has she scheduled a rules committee vote to consider how the evidence will be handled by the House managers? Has she cleared the House dockett for consideration of committee recommendations or how the evidence will be heard? Has she even ordered the committees to wrap up their work at a specified time to prepare the House case?

No, No, No, No, and No again! If you don't see any of these things happening before Thanksgiving, there isn't going to be any impeachment vote. There can't be! (@countryroads89 are YOU listening to me?)

Watch and see what I'm telling 'ya.

You know country you're really funny posting silly memes and such when I've asked you about specific Constitutional procedures as well as political precedents regarding successful prosecution of any impeachment you will need to win this bet with me.

You have dodged all of my questions.

That's fine. This is how I know you know you've already lost the bet! For instance you cannot explain why:
  • Pelosi refused to call a formal vote opening the inquiry
  • Pelosi refuses to schedule an end to committee investigations
  • Pelosi has not scheduled a rules committee hearing
  • Pelosi has not designated House managers to handle the case
  • Pelosi has not taken a whip count for support of impeachment
  • Pelosi has not cleared the House docket to consider a full House vote
  • Pelosi has not consulted with Intel or Judiciary on actual articles
  • Pelosi has not specified actual crimes being investigated
  • Pelosi has not told members when to expect a full House hearing
  • Pelosi has not allowed rules inviting in Trump's legal defense team
  • Pelosi has not told committee Chairs who will make impeachment recommendations
So this is all a "show" for media myrmidons Country. All you can do is post silly memes and videos but you cannot deal with the substance of my very detailed and specific questions if an actual impeachment vote is going to take place which will of course allow YOU to win the bet.

I however know you've already lost, because you refuse to answer me? You cannot answer me because you have no case. You have no case because there aren't enough votes to impeach Trump, which is why Pelosi won't take a formal vote follow precedent and get a bi-partisan process underway to officially initiate this procedure!

Here...read this and understand why you have already lost (which explains why your refuse to answer me)

Pelosi takes dangerous road to impeachment:
https://jonathanturley.org/2019/10/07/casual-or-cowardly-pelosi-takes-dangerous-road-to-impeachment/

excerpt:
Before the House takes the momentous step toward impeachment of an American President, all of its members should be on record with that consequential action. Whether it was former President Nixon or former President Clinton, House members felt a responsibility to vote on whether to start the process.

The “impeachment by press conference” action of Pelosi is an entirely new animal. The decision to avoid a full vote robs the House of the legitimacy and substance that comes from a vote of the entire body. The current impeachment “inquiry” rests on the authority of one person. Until the entire body votes, it remains the Pelosi impeachment effort rather than a House impeachment process."

So you see @countryroads89 , you need Nancy Pelosi to at least explain what she's up to even if YOU can't. Also, as I explained to you the other day, YOU need Republicans' input into this process as well as their votes if this thing is ever going to make it to the House floor for a full House vote, let alone a successful conviction in the Republican controlled Senate which ironically is the last thing Pelosi wants! (she doesn't want a trial in the Senate, because like you, she knows she will lose)

Now, it may take you a while to finally realize you have lost this bet countryroads, but when Pelosi doesn't follow through on what she MUST do if she wants a vote on impeachment, or if Republicans aren't allowed to participate in this "inquiry" as other impeachments have allowed the minority party to participate...then you will be faced with the hard cold reality of your defeat.

I'll say goodbye to you then, and good riddance. I predict you won't be posting anymore silly memes by that time, you'll be too busy crying one of your own.

He’s obviously a troll. Doubtful he even believes his own BS. That’s why neither you nor myself get answers from him.

That's definitely racist.

Know what guys? I consider it a victory. It shows all country can do is whine like a little kid when I hit back with hard, cold facts. Country cannot refute one fact I've presented in our dispute, so country is reduced to silly memes of whining Negro children. Typical Leftist constituency.

Watched Larry Elders the other day. He estimates 20% of African Americans will vote for DJT in the next election. So even if he gets removed from office(& I agree with you it is not likely) he will certainly get re elected in 2020. Just in time to appoint Ginsberg’s replacement.

I have read some political periodicals that suggest Trump's internal polling has that figure as high as 35-to-40%! That would NEVER be reported in the media as it would shell shock Democrats who need Trump's black support below 8% (what is was in 2016)

Anything above 10-to-12% means a landslide defeat for whichever clown they nominate. Black folks can't stand half of the current field, especially Booty Judge and Willie Brown's ex-fling K-'hoe' Harris.

They're going to be absolutely stunned by how many Negroes pull a Trump lever in 2020.

I have been informally scanning the audiences at his rallies. I also enjoy Candace Owens & Larry Elders messages of education and work ethic as how to get ahead. It makes way too much sense to seek support from both parties and I’m surprised it hasn’t happened well before this. It is healthy competition and the smart thing to do.

Guessing his support is 10-15% based on crowds. I’ll be very interested to see how this plays out in 2020 & if it has an impact on congressional races. Time to finish draining the swamp which will be done faster with out all the investigations.
