Anyways, things are coming along but slowly. Talking with potential builders and getting them to give me prices. The low bid this far is for about $103/square foot. That would be turn key job with unfinished basement, garage, and 1650 square foot home.
My next question concerns HVAC. My plan is going to call for an attic space over the garage. Should I utilize this space and put my unit there?
