How do you not fire Brumbaugh and Schlarman?

I understand not firing Elliot since I'm sure Stoops is calling most of the defensive plays himself.

But the O Line and D Line have gotten WORSE every single year. Its comically bad this year.

especially given that Scharlman was hired to appease Neal Brown and Brumbaugh was hired to get Za'Darius since he was his juco coach. They have served their purpose move along now children.

I thought they were the first to go after Dawson. I guess with all of the other attrition (Ansley, Scott) Stoops didn't want to start with a brand new staff this year.
