How good is Jacobs?

Very good quarterback - mobile and good thrower. Decent speed but not great. Decent defense but gave up a ton of points in their recent loss to Cary. Think LWe rolls here

Thanks for the update. Would you consider them a running team or passing. How's there defense?

Their O is balanced. They have a D1 QB and decent run game. Their D is not very strong against the run, but they are above average against the pass. Coach Mitz does like to go for it on 4th & short.

They lost to Huntley(9-0) 22-19 and Huntley is a no.2 seed in 8a but the following week they got destroyed by Cary-Grove(8-1) no.5 seed in 7a 50-23 . You don't know what you're going to get from them. Then again Huntley and Cary run two completely different offenses

CG game wasn't as close as score indicted either as Jacobs got two late Q4 TDs against CG backups.

Yeah CG is looking strong just in time for the playoffs, that loss to Huntley really woke those guys up. How far do you think CG can go? Honestly I have a really good feeling they can get past Batavia in the quarterfinals.
