Not that I'm aware of but I do know OU, Michigan, Washington (can't be too far off from our stretch), Bama had some pretty rough stretches. They're throwing money around that Nebraska isn't though.

I get your point, the right coach can turn around a program right away, but Clemson was definitely not right away and Franklin was on the hot seat before they caught fire last year.

If we hired the right guy we could be good fast. We have a ton of young talent on D, especially the DL and some weapons on offfense, if we had a good OC running a modern college offense.
