Watching the Carr interview got me to thinking.

How many active coaches have won a national championship as a player?
How many active coaches have won a national championship as a coach?
How many have done both?
How many of those are at a P5 school now?

Wouldn't it be awesome if we won it all this year, giving Ky three active coaches that won the NCAAT. If that doesn't prove Kentucky makes the coach, I don't know what does.

Pope is going to win a title as coach at KY. Its not a matter of "if" its just a matter of "when" and I expect it in the next 5 years. KY has everything you need to be successful if you put in the work. 5 other coaches at KY have proved it.

I wonder how many times the coach for both teams were on title winning teams at their alma mater? That was cool.
