How much were SEC tickets this year?

So on my bucket list of things to do is attending the SEC tournament and watching every game. I have never been and am just curious the price for tickets for every session. I know the hotels in Nashville are insane even when it isn't the SEC tourney and may go when it is somewhere else. I'm just trying to gauge how much it's going to set me back.

I only bought 2 lowers for tonight’s sessions. Paid $235 each.

We usually buy lower books. $800-1000 each.

I heard they were quite higher this year.

The books are what I would like to buy so I could attend all sessions. I want to do it in a year I think we can hopefully make a deep run.

We usually buy books. The last couple years hit hard. We don't go to any other games. And you can't give away tickets after Ky loses. I've never paid more than $1K for lower level books. And only that much one time. If we keep winning and buying single sessions it will cost more than buying a book would have.

But like last year we paid $900/book. So had $1800 in useless tickets after we lost on friday night. My best offer from a scalper was $100/book. I took it.

It's def something I'd like to do in the future and I know it's a ton of games but man that seems like a lot to spend especially when the majority of games don't involve UK lol.

Might just stick to getting NCAA tickets .........6 games....(usually two with UK).......at a decent price lol.

It’s not a cheap trip. Our room downtown is $1500 if we stay til Sunday.

But it’s an event. It’s a UK homecoming. We travel with the same group every year.

And then there’s people we know only from the SEC tourney that we hook up with.

I booked this room last year as we were leaving.

I’ll get them for you from the school if you don’t know another season ticket holder. You’ll have until October to decide. No reason to pay scalper prices.
