The picture has to be hosted somewhere online. Then you just right click on it and select copy picture. On the board, in the message body, you right click and select paste.

I did that pic by right clicking on the image and selecting "copy image" and then pasting it in the window here.

Not necessarily. If the URL is too long, this site may not display it, even if the picture shows up on Your device. If the image is from google images and has a fairly short URL address, it will probably show up for all. Best bet is to get an account on a site such as imgur.com (free and so simple, I can do it.)
