How to watch SC vs KY?

I thought ABC and all ESPN channels were blocked because of the dispute with Disney. However; with the ESPN app, I am able to watch and cast to my TV, the GA vs TN Tech game on right now. How is this possible?

I have to watch the game on ESPN Plus because ABC affiliated WDAY is televising the North Dakota State Vs Tennessee State game.
