Winning NCAA games usually require guards that can create and make shots off the dribble.The B1G Ten lacks the star players of last season which will make it difficult to advance in the tournament.

I think a lot of NCAA games come down to one or two possessions and playing in big spots.

In theory this should be an advantage to the B1G.

With that said, it’s entirely possibly that maybe the B1G just isn’t that good and it has propped up the defensive rankings a tad.

Let's wait the additional 4 weeks until the brackets come out and see what the matchups look like. A lot of the country's better rosters have had injuries and mixed up lineups.

I don't know if the other leagues are going to see as much success as many anticipate, because the division between the "haves and have nots", is really stark in the Big East, ACC, Pac 12.

The unknown for me isn't the B1G, it's really the SEC. I feel the most comfortable with the Big 12 and then it literally will depend on the brackets.

Yes and they failed in the tournament because of matchups.I doubt the media would suggest that this seasons teams will perform better when so many have great difficulty in scoring,

It’s always about matchups but I think two teams squeak into the sweet 16 and get bounced that round. I would not be surprised if Purdue is not one of them. I could see them still getting a 1 seed and losing to an athletic 8/9 in the second round.

Purdue elite 8, Indiana sweet 16, Rutgers, Illinois, Iowa, MSU round of 32. Others that get in lose 1st round or play in.
Would feel more confident of Rutgers getting to sweet 16 with Mag.
