We have 11 chickens so we are currently getting 7-9 eggs a day.

if I could only pick one. Fried over medium.

A Soft boiled egg where the yolk is almost like jelly is a great snack. Hot sauce, black pepper salt

I tried Gordon Ramsay’s silky scrambled egg recipe and those are pretty good.

If you only eat hard fat curd scrambled eggs then you are really missing out

Found a new way to do that's pretty awesome.

Put down about a quarter inch or so of olive oil in a small pan. Get that olive oil so hot it's almost smoking. Crack the egg on it like you are cooking it sunny side up. Spoon some of the hot oil on the top part of the egg to cook the top. Takes about 25 seconds of cooking It creates a fluffy egg, with a runny yolk and a crisp bottom.

Can’t do it. I can cook them, but don’t eat. Tried a couple of months ago after years of just saying no. One day I’ll grow up, maybe.

I voted scrambled because when I cook breakfast for the family it’s a bunch of bacon and a bunch of eggs is easier to scramble. But I honestly can’t think of a way I don’t like eggs

I love eggs. One of nature's greatest creations. Usually two soft boiled every morning. I like them fried over easy/medium and scrambled too. Pretty much any way you can cook them. The poll sucks because you can only pick one.

Picked scrambled hard thinking I might be the only one.

It’s leading.

I’ll be damned.

Out in Ruidoso, NM, at the Lincoln County Grill, I once had a breakfast consisting of spicy sausage, bacon, buttery homemade biscuits, scrambled eggs with jalapeno peppers & fried red potatoes with green chile. My cholesterol went up 200 points that very day, but my God, it was worth it!

Love making my omelettes. 2 eggs. Shot of milk. Cheese halfway through the cook. Little salt and pepper at the end. Sometimes add the veggies and ham.

I do the Gordon Ramsey recipe, but I use sour cream because we never have creme fraiche. The consistency is probably the same, but I guess creme fraiche has more fat and is less tangy.

Omelettes are awful

medium or hard boiled eggs are my go to that I can eat regularly

over medium or over easy in a breakfast sandwich

sunny side up in ramen

Fried hard, on a biscuit with mustard. Slingblade style, as I call it.

Omelets are great. I pretty much just use peppers, onions, and whatever is in the refrigerator. Slather with Sriracha.
