They can just serve her lawyer instead of looking for headlines. Of course the Secret Service isn't going to let her get served papers. Same as Trump after he's out of office.
her lawyer refused the papers as well, but apparently, they had a change of heart, and she's now been served. just another waste of time, as everybody knows . . . the Clintons are the untouchables.

Gabbard's lawyers said they went to the media in an attempt to get HC's lawyers to accept the documents.

How does this all work......the article implied her lawyer did not accept the papers.

Her lawyers refused it as well. Read the article.

Hadn't heard that. Refusing to be physically served doesn't mean you haven't been served anyway. Seems like much ado about nothing to me.

FFS man. You made an assumption and you were wrong. Stop acting like a triggered little *****.
Try and not be completely wrong about everything. My first response still holds up. Just because her lawyers "refused" to be served doesn't mean she's not served. :joy::joy::joy:

They actually have to see the server, no? It’s not like he can leave it with the security company at the front desk of the building.

lolwut? They absolutely can leave it. Or send it by mail. Or put it in a newspaper. etc, etc, etc. Let's get back to you trying to have a clue. Being served papers isn't like the teevee says it is.

ergo, back to my original point, seems like somebody's lawyers are more interested in headlines. **gasp**

Fair enough, I wasn’t aware they could mail them. I thought they actually had to be served in person.

On Thursday night, after Mrs. Clinton’s reported refusal made headlines, Mr. Dunne said the former secretary of state had finally accepted the papers through her lawyer.

Clinton’s lawyer changed course and agreed to accept service,” Mr. Dunne told Fox News in a statement. “We would have preferred that Ms. Clinton just accept federal judicial process in the first instance, without having to be called out by the press, but in any event, Tulsi Gabbard’s lawsuit against her will now be moving forward.”

This place isnt where you need to preach that. I heard on at least ABC Radio, Fox Radio and once on TV somewhere that she refused to be served. I knew that was a thing but not theae days.

You trusted those media outlets on this story, but not any other time? Clintons sell headlines. As does Trump going forward. Try and take a skeptical approach about any news you hear, and especially with divisive figures.

Who said I trusted them? I said that they were telling that story. You telling me to be skeptical of media after 3 years of your droning about Trump colluding with Russia. Hahaha

I believe you can only avoid being served for so long.

It was stupid of HRC to avoid it to begin with. The case will more than likely not last, and avoiding it just makes her look foolish.
