He never had to enter the portal. He has never enrolled in school anywhere.

Why are you guys so surprised when backups enter the portal we’ve had about nine backups entered the portal out of 10

Flo's commitment list shows Gage Walker to Mizzou. Was hoping we would get him. Just had that close match with Jax Forrest at U17s and also had 2 wins over Elijah Cortez last season.

Maybe, but the same thing could have been said about Cam Steed. He would look pretty good in orange the next 4 years at 157/165.

There's a lot to like about Walker. Young for his grade, good on top (had key rideouts in both Cortez matches), and showed some offense getting to Forrest's legs.

Who says Mechler is a backup? He was one of two guys on our roster at 157. Probably has more upside than Manibog at this point.

Missouri is ahead of OSU right now...it is hard to see how losing an in-state prospect to them is a positive.

Well the good news is we no longer have to worry about potential logjams at 149 & 157.

At one point we were trying to figure out how Balmeceda, Boone, Voinovich, Travis Mastro & Anthony Ferrari would all fit in the lineup. Not gonna be a problem.

Mechler committed to Wisconsin, he should start for them.

New intel Feldman/ Jamison? Sounds like Okie state is still a top landing spot. Would like an update on Alvarez . He might have a chip on his shoulder, hope he pans out.

word is that Sammy was beating VV so bad which is the reason why he entered the portal. Sammy is going 149 not 141
