Why does this coaching staff seem constantly surprised by what they see in opening games? That shouldn't be the case. That's the entire purpose of scrimmages is to see what you have and yet all too often in these last few coaching staffs, they seem to make every effort to tone down scrimmages or spring games to nothing. A concerning trend to say the least.

I bet the hold on the play before was intentional too!

They planned it!
Its football science.

JB sucks. Did I get that right?
I wonder the last time a team averaged 7 ypc, and only scored 17 and lost. We are 113th in rush defense before even starting big 10 play. Are NU fans so delusional that they can justify a poor rush defense, Nebraska fans of all people?

I'll be nice. We were talking about Cincy's coach saying his staff never caught on to NU's coverage disguise that led to Hertzog's INT. Pretty clear you have an agenda to push but as I and others have said about ALL of the game, it is NUTTY to go all whack over ONE game, and the FIRST game at that. Anyone who does that is delusional, pushing an agenda or both.

I would be saying the same thing if NU boatraced Cincy.

Satterfield they’re quoting was Cinci’s coach. Not ours. He was complimenting OUR defensive call on that last play….but you do you.

That’s why I asked him to post the specifics of his comment because I knew he thought it was our satterfield that made the quote. I swear some people on this board go out of their way to be miserable.

I wasn't even replying to that post. If I were, I would have quoted it. Instead my comment was in relation to several posts from the previous page and general observations.
