says they'll have protocols in place to support two teams on game day. results back within 15 minutes. the scientific roadblocks are falling by the wayside. time for the political ones to do the same.

"... I certainly think that there can be enough recommendations and monitoring that football can be played safely. Absolutely.”

The university that got stripped of their AAU accreditation is the one that figures this out.

you're right. it's just a tad bit curious they're the first in the most progressive, scientifically minded conference in the country to secure one of these must-have machines, however

Well golly. I guess if this existed prior to now we really have to question the motives of the conference to postpone the season. How long have we known that every player can be tested within 15 minutes of the game and be certain that nobody on the field can transmit the virus?

What is most disappointing is the colleges and universities have known about the rapid testing capability for at least 3 weeks (and likely preliminary knowledge of this, as well). This is a huge factor that should have been considered when the B1G voted / non-voted to cancel the fall season (for all sports).

They did know about rapid testing. That doesn't help their agenda though. The connections between Minnesota's AG, Kevin Warren and the B1G's legal counsel are an undeniable truth and IMO they're all conspiring in their own way to affect the Presidential election.

Ellison, Warren and Luger the former US Attorney for Minnesota all knew each other well. Luger is a legal counsel for the B1G somehow involved with the decision to cancel the season. It's not a stretch to believe that 3 democrat attorneys who know each other well would discuss actions to attempt to sway an election. Ellison could have defused some of the situation in Minneapolis by releasing the whole arrest video.

UNL needs to update their CV to include

“we bought a machine that we had no part in developing and who others had purchased before us”

and resubmit their application to the AAU - they should be a lock to get readmitted

the other big ten schools that aren’t in the AAU should also buy the machine in order to gain admittance

What's your point? The posts never said that NU developed it. It does take some level of innovation to be willing to incorporate new technology in to your program don't you think?

There are many times, and I mean MANY times, when people who are supposedly ultra intelligent lack almost ALL common sense.
