That we get another week to stay with this team. I love the build up to the sweet 16. We know we can beat UT as much as it will be hard to beat them 3X in one year. One more win and we can play for a spot in a final four. It’s so close I can taste it. I just love this team no matter what happens. Go win it all guys. You have nothing to lose and no pressure.

I love this team man. They all play for Kentucky and love being here. Does Amari and garrison make me want to pull my hair out, for sure they do. But this team is just so fun and easy to root for. I’m gonna enjoy every bit of this week leading up to Friday.

Agree OP, and I'm also just so damn PROUD of this team and all the injuries they've had to work around.

And man, I love Coach Pope. He has the whole package and we are in for a great ride with him at the helm of the KENTUCKY BASKETBALL Ship!!!!

Seen a couple guys on TikTok crying about the officiating mainly BG flying past the 3 pt shooter no foul. Dude if I'm an Illinois fan I don't mention the officiating. Illinois had 1 foul forever in the 2nd half, what was it 12mins?

Nobody giving us any respect. On the March Madness 360 show, they talked in depth about all the games today. We were the last game they talked about and it was a short synopsis. We're a 4.5 point underdog. I like this position of disrespect. Let's go beat UT again and make the Elite 8.

Special season for sure. This is one of those
teams that live forever because of what they’ve accomplished and restored for the fan base. Been a joy to watch it with you all. Especially after the lows we’ve all rode out together the past couple years.

I admit that I was unbelievably nervous last night so much so that I watched the game delayed by about 5 minutes. I had the actual score on one screen and the game on the other screen. This was the game I personally wanted the most to vindicate hiring our coach and shut up the fans saying, "He has never won a tournament game." We are in the Sweet 16, baby!

From here on, it is icing on the cake. Thank-you Coach and players!

I watched the game with my wife and another couple. The guy in the other couple is my old college roommate. We have been watching the Cats together for 25 years. Last year we watched us lose to Oakland under this very roof and sat in stunned silence for several minutes after it was over.

This year, we hugged after it was over and started talking about the things that happened in our lives since 2019. We were both so proud of our team and coaching staff.

And I have to add, following the era of Shady Sharpe and mystery injuries where the coach “hasn’t seen him,” watching a kid like Lamont Butler go out there and play his *** off on one arm because he wants to be out there with his teammates shows me this program is in good hands moving forward.
