RPJ, you were one of the biggest "complainers" worried about Russian attempts to influence our election and now after Trump accuses a sitting President of spying on him during the campaign (we impeached a President for that btw) and all you're worried about from this charge is how Trump spelled "tapp"?

Trump has a history of wild unsubstantiated claims and accusations. Remember Trump's promise to reveal hacking revelations on "Tuesday or Wednesday"? What became of that? Nothing. Yes, but I also know that Trump has many shady connections that would warrant a wire tap. That's been proven already. I honestly think Trump has suspected this all along. He is using it to distract his followers and incite anger. He has done this many times but people are too delusional to look passed the lies for the truth. #1 Given that US intel knew that Russia was trying to influence the election and that there were reports in the media (intel would obviously know more than media) that Trump associates had regular contacts with the Russians, why would it be surprising IF US intel went to a FISA Court to request a warrant?

#4 NSA monitors foreign govt's communications. If Russians were talking to Trump, would monitoring communication between the two parties be reasonable and legal? I honestly don't know.
