I have sat through infinite number of Kentucky football games, where we played the best, and lost. Oh so many almost upsets. bawled my eyes out as a kid. Sat depressed as a semi adult.

So I don't give a flip about how we played. We beat Missouri. We beat south Carolina. We beat eastern and on we go.

Some of you probably deserve this win with me. CHEERS!

Haha I like how you think. But I'm still not sold on Stoops. The guy has weaknesses that will prevent him from taking us to the promised land.

I'm right there with you, I just turned 60. I've always been football first, hoops is just a distraction and one I follow loosely..I'm not cashing in my "deserve" ticket for an OT win over EKU though. I wont pull that baby out till we REALLY need it.

How can people like you act so entitled? What in the history of our program have coaches done better than Stoops by this time in their tenure? UK is 4-1 with 3-4 winnable games left, yet our stupid fans can't be happy. I've been a fan since the mid 80's, 4-1 is not status quo, it's a reason to be optimistic.

Where is this promised land? No one has promised us anything. This mentality is probably your problem. This program will be built from the ground up and there will be growing pains, ups and downs. The win over Mizzou was huge for where we are currently. Beating South Carolina in back to back years was huge as well. You can't see that because you think we should already be beating teams like Georgia, Bama, Auburn, etc. Two of those teams have won national championships in recent years. You lack so much perspective that it's dumbfounding. I honestly feel bad for you and those around you on a daily basis.

That is very true. I'm disappointed in the effort but we have had several tough games before that. We'll be ready for auburn tigers.

We lost an opportunity last night though but it's a w. Just sad when the fans seem to want it more than the players. Still a lot of youth on the field. hopefully they learn to play at a high level Everytime they step onto the field.

I'm right there with you SaguaroCat! The pendulum has to swing our way in games like this sometimes. The trail of tears has been much too long for us older dudes...

I'm kind of thrilled to see the cats finding ways to win instead of finding ways to lose like they have for decades.

You have supported stoops (not bashing). Have your feelings changed? He has to get one more year, but I lost confidence after the eku game. I still hope, I just don't think he is/was ready.
