our top three high school recruiting class took a ding to possibly lock up the consensus #1 portal class. Sandwiched in between that are returning players that range from preseason all America/SEC preseason POY to meaningful role players.

I’d say we spent the money so far. Huge expectations on this team for ROI though.

It is fine.

I think the issue is the post feels disconnected from such conversations so it seemed to me like one of the dialogs I used to have with my mother where she had changed the subject in her mind and moved on to her next topic, but forgot/hand waived/didn't care I was still in the middle of the last one.

I think I agree with you but it took two or three readings to figure that out due to lack of direct or relayed context.
