Why does Kentucky inflate their attendance? Even with 5,000 plus Louisville fans, they didn't have but probably 53,000, yet they list it as a sellout?

Kentucky has always (as long as I can remember) reported total tickets sold and not turnstile count. Not new, but not usually so obvious either.
