but personally I'm getting tired of really good threads getting messed up by posters acting like children. There are some really good posters who were once regulars here that have stopped posting and the above mentioned being one of the main reasons. I understand that this is a free forum open to debate and discussion but it should be civil and respectful as possible. I understand that is hard to do considering some of the newer posters or trolls ( its hard to tell sometimes) that have came aboard recently. Our mods have a hard enough time already without having to control our own Duke fans. We just had a thread locked up that should have by all accounts a really nice thread about a former Dukie having a great N.B.A. career and now we can't even discuss that because of immature behavior. The only thing we on this board that really care not to deal with these trollsters is to use the ignore button or just not respond to anything they have to say, Maybe they will just simply go away. OFC

Everyone should freely post their opinions on this board, but do it respectfully. I shouldn't have to explain how that works or why that should be the case.
People don't always agree, certainly many disagree with my takes. I don't take it personally and understand emotions can get the best of people, especially behind a computer. Bottom line is treat others the way you would want to be treated and there should be few problems.
