For some of the former players who played at NU in the 90's. I had to listen to the game last night and was only able to tune into the second half, but it was brutal listening to Matt Davison as you could tell he was truly embarrassed by what he saw. He was calling out players for their effort and even used "pissed off" once to describe what he saw. I turned over to 1620 to listen to their post game show and Damon was pissed, embarrassed, dejected, etc. It was to the point I almost felt sorry listening to them knowing that this program is a shell of what it once was. Those teams trademarks were leadership and the will to win. Something you see none of here.

I’m sure it’s hard for them as former players to watch yet again, a drubbing of epic proportions.

Well you were lucky you only listened to the 2nd half. That first half was probably the most brutal half of football I have ever seen. Much worse than the 1st half of Oregon.
Much worse than first half Oregon? Maybe, but Oregon is almost as bad as they were last year.
