Anxiously awaiting the draft. Never heard this Robinson fellow until the Iggles were interested in him. However, in Howie I trust. I liked hearing the rumors of Derrick Henry coming to the birds as well. Thursday night can hurry up already.

I don’t, OT & Edge rusher, even a top flight CB. The longevity of their careers are way more than a RB. While he’s good, RB’s are a dime a dozen. Just a different outlook between fans
All true but Robinson could be a WR in this league, is what I’m reading. I’ve seen some highlights and he’s a wow extraordinary receiver. We’ll see.

They could trade down and still get him. More likely scenario is that they go after a corner or edge rusher with the 10th pick. Joey Porter would be available.

Sounds like that is what he wants too.

Robinson may just have a better PR person then all the rest which could be why he is getting so much attention. Maybe same way Levis jumped up to now(or least yesterday) to being the anticipated 1st pick of the draft.

I don't think The Birds will take a RB in the 1st. 2nd Round at the earliest. A 1st round pick is too much to invest at RB.

I was at Woody’s in Dewey Beach just now and saw two mock drafts with Robinson going to Philadelphia. (I might have seen the same mock draft twice, can’t be sure.)

Porter has been sliding down a little in the first round as teams weigh his measurables (terrific) against his actual productivity (not as good).

Todd McShay had him at #10 to the Eagles for some time, but has recently backed off that prediction.

Why? You get them for 5-7 yrs at a price you control. Rinse and repeat
RBs have a 5 year shelf life. Tops. Look at Derrick Henry. From All Pro to afterthought in a season.

Use top 10 picks on QBs and linemen. Maybe CB or WR when they are special.
