The defense played the best it's played all year I know South Carolina is not good but tonight I really thought we would lose and their QB would run all over us. They brought energy and had a awesome pass rush tonight. A game you need for a bowl and we won. I'm proud for one night.

USC jr is 247th in total offense...they did good, but lets not get too excited.

Hold Bama under 20 next week and I'll be impressed.

That's not even realistic for a team with similar talent levels. A more realistic target is 31 offensive points.

If anyone expects a competitive game in Tuscaloosa you're fooling yourself. We need to hopefully make it out with no injuries and then start looking for more improvement in the rest of the games.

UK started 0-2 and gave up 35 to NMSt in the first half. This team could have folded right then. Glad to see them continue to fight. That does not make them a good team, but it is a quality a good team must have.

I said after the New Mex gm that we may all look back at the 2nd half of that gm. (21-7 UK) as the turning pt. to the season.
Well the point spread is up to 38-17 now.
Hang on folks we are turning the corner.

His QB scramble on 3rd down to the 1 yard line was play off the game. If Barker were in there...that would have been a sack and FG vs. TD.
