I Just Want To Win Tonight

I'm not saying a loss kills a season that is already on the brink of ending with no postseason berth. I'm also not saying a win saves the season. But damn it, I just want to win the game tonight. Is that too much to ask?

Well, Rutgers is missing their best player and I fully expect Law to remain out for this one as well, but I'm willing to say that the season is over if we can't beat Rutgers. Wonder if we'll see some of the twin towers lineup to compete against Rutgers' double Shaq attack.

Get back in the win column tonight and try to find a way at home Tuesday against IU. The worst is behind us. No reason we can't make a push for respectability and the NIT.

With absolutely no inside information, it looked to me like Vic messed up his ankle against Iowa and Collins may have decided to bag it for a game we were going to lose anyway. I think he goes tonight.

I hope you are right. Rutgers got rolled by Minnesota, but did beat Ohio State. I think we need a full squad to get a win.

Illini won the other day vs Minny I think. Doesn't that mean we are tied for last in conference now?? We need a win desperately. I don't want to end the season in last place. What the hell...maybe we could get a winning streak going tonite???

Has NU stated anything yet as to whether Vic is playing or not? Was just wondering about that...

Defensive rebounding will be a key tonight.

Penn State is last in the conference.
