That don't mean **** when you pee down your leg every other game. Fans want the program to return to glory days and it's never gonna happen again. NIL has changed the sport and we are never gonna find tough enough kids to gut out a season and then have the toughness to make a run to win in March. I'll be surprised if we even have a E8 in the next 10 years. It's not in our program or the type kids that play now.

Total combined record for the 6 teams they lost to is 92-35. 5 of the 6 teams were in the top-25 at one point in the season. This happens every year. A head scratcher loss and fans abandon ship. Another big win and all is well with those complaining now. Hell, Kansas blew a 22 point lead today. Got outscored 60-30 in the 2nd half. It happens. No need to panic. Pope will set it straight.

A&M and Miss St are good but not great wins. Duke was giving us all we wanted until they had a player get hurt and a couple of others with cramping issues. Still a very good win, but they would best us handily today. FL is a great win, and IMO, our best win to date. However, we did get the benefit of playing them in RUPP. We have had a lot breaks go our way this year, but we have some glaring issues. Mainly on D and overall talent.

I feel bad for Amari tonight!!!! The kid played his tail off!!!

I said the same thing earlier and the look on his face was disappointment because Brea played for crap. Brea was useless and why wasn't Noah playing? He's better than Chandler.

Pope played terrible lineups and the most telling part of the game was missing our PG's while Wagner torched us, freaking Wagner!


I'm upset with the play of Brea, Chandler, and even though Robinson had 20 points, he fell flat at the end.

My only criticism of Pope this game is why he didn’t okay 1-3-1 the whole second half. Maybe it wouldn’t have mattered, but we couldn’t guard them M2M. In his defense, we didn’t have our defensive stopper and lead point guard.

Thank you. That's the very reason we beat Duke and Gonzaga. Especially when you're short handed, you have to get creative.
I fully expected to see at least 8-10 mins of zone. This makes me worried about Pope going forward. Of all games, this was the one you implement zone defense. Just utterly disappointed.
