I never knew how low class some Clemson fans are until after this week

Clemson fans talking trash like that are fairweather fans. When Clemson all of a sudden evaporates or hits a rough patch, they'll be FSU, Notre Dame, or switch to recent frontrunners anyway.
Pussyman1969, I clearly remember Clemson asking OU to let them back out of a home-and-home series in 2008 & 2009 because Dabo was their new coach and they had been sucking *** for so long that they did not want to schedule anyone tough to give them time to get their legs back under them. Who talked trash? Fans, players, coaches? Be more specific. Got links of this said trash talking? Often, trash talk gets confused with confidence. Were the OU players and fans confident going into the game? Yes. But I don't remember seeing much trash talking on this message board or OU players talking trash before the game. Most of the comments I saw from our fans and players were pretty respectful of Clemson and all were looking forward to a tough game. Enjoy your moment in the sun and try to show some class instead of showing your ***.

That's the excuse I keep seeing. Our players talked trash. How does that justify you coming here and embarrassing your institution and entire fan base?
I actually have a rooting interest in Clemson. My brother and sister in law live there and she's a professor at the university in the marketing department. I visited for the first time last fall. Beutiful area. Based on that connection I usually root for them unless they're playing OU. I will never root for Clemson again.
Over a few jerk Clemson fans you choose not to root for Clemson? I don't get it. The OP could be a child. For me, I'm pulling for them in the NC game.

Yep, that's right. It's low class. I've never visited another teams site after a game, win or lose. What I've seen is not friendly banter. It's been ugly. If we have fans that act that way, let me be the first to apologize.
I don't care about Clemson. It was fun for a couple of weeks, but after the game it's pretty pointless for anyone to talk trash, hold hands, or think anymore about them.

4623, I think the first class Clemson\posters are on the Alabama sites. We are left we a few children that want to rub it in. I give them no credit as a true college football fan. We all know how it works.

As a whole I haven't seen many Clemson fans coming on here talking trash. Sure there are a few nut jobs, but that is in every fan base. You guys have a great fan base and you predicted you would win, there's a freaking shocker!!! What fan base is going to predict that there own team is going to lose? Look up the term "Fan" short for fanatic. Oklahoma fans as a whole have been great, and you will find that most Clemson fans are the same way. If you ever have a chance to come to s Clemson game at Clemson I invite you to do so, you will be very impressed with our hospitality win or lose, just go and ask frequent fan bases that we play and ask them. I know what they will say. Now the SEC? That is a different animal. Most of them act like animals, and you would be wise not to wear the opposing jersey, you may not survive.

They have not won anything yet as far as the NC this year so head on over to bama's board and talk crap to them. You think you have seen a few OU fans talk smack?
