I never thought I'd like the yellow helmet

I kind of like the "gold" helmet, just not with the all gold jerseys and pants. (I don't like that with any helmet.)
Of all the things we do in the name of fashion merchandising, those helmets are probably the best. I'd prefer just the classic blue/gold, white/gold uniforms and the blue helmets all the time
but those helmets are still instantly identifiable as WV. All the other crap we wear just so Nike can sell more overpriced gear is a lot worse.

Actually I liked the look when the score was 0-0..........I'd have no problem with that combo if it was adopted for every game away from home.
I guess I am old school, or just old, but I like the blue helmet with the blue jersey and the gold pants with the blue stripe. Don't like the all blue or the all gold.
Also, can we go back to Old Gold, the official school color, instead of Nike yellow?

They don't bother me actually, I am okay with them.
What bothers me is the white helmet... I really think that there should be some gold trim on the WV similar to what we had on the sleeves of the old away jersey's during RRod and Nehlen's tenure's, blue facemask and a gold center stripe, bordered with blue on either side of the gold along the center of the helmets from front to back would make the white helmets more acceptable.
