I don't take it as condescending. I take it as most of the country knows us as the team that's never made the NCAA Tournament. Well, now we're going to.
Remember, for most of the country these conference tourneys are nice, but not really that big of a deal. Top seeds drop like flies.
We've just never been in this position. I think it's clear that we're playing with significantly less pressure at this point. The "house money" phrase is kind of played ..... but I feel like that's all it means. Nothing to get insulted over.
