it was a trick post. I got excited when he posted it but his reply made it clear he is trolling. I do believe we can win Saturday and Mississippi State is a beast but our team has shown resilience and bounce back after disappointing performances. But as for Basscat —- don’t take the bait unfortunately

Should have known. Gotta watch those Cal lovers . They’ve been expecting Arkansas to be good and us to be bad and it hasn’t gone that way . They can’t stand it anymore and are starting to not pick anything they can to make them feel better. Always cracks me up that when they’re exposed they say “I was ready for Cal to go” , which is a lie .

Every game from here forward, somebody has got to be the leader of the team.

Koby Brea against Florida.....he led us to victory.

What happened at Georgia is just bad execution of play. We got to learn and try harder to win again.

There truly were some effort issues too and Pope is responsible to light a fire under some of these guys. Really embarrassing effort on certain plays but I believe we can get hot and win a tough road game. MSST can get hot too especially Hubbard but I actually thought our perimeter defense on PnR ball handler was better the last two games. Our rotation defense was atrocious though

My point is KenPom is analytical tool and we can still be optimistic about the Cats chances. If anything, your two examples of KenPom incorrectly picking us to win is furthering my point. The models are great but they aren’t perfect. Go Cats!

We don’t play A&M on the road this season I don’t think. I’m going to check


EDIT: I was correct. We do not play in College Station this year

Probably an MSU blow out of the Cats. We have zero fight and very poor defense.

If you don't think they wouldn't give Kentucky a few conference losses in hopes of getting more SEC teams into the rankings and tournament, you are a complete moron.

If the game is close at halftime I like Kentucky. At about the 8 min mark of the first half in the Ohio state, Clemson, and Georgia games all 3 went on runs at about that point in the first half. If Kentucky can minimize that and be in 3-5 point game at that point I like Kentucky chances

I don't see us winning this one. We screwed up and lost to a mediocre UGA team. Had the Cats won that one, this one wouldn't hurt so much.

I hope our guys have learned something. We had a guy pout the entire game, so we were playing 4 on 5, then, some of the other guys let some bad calls bother them enough that they lost their poise. This team has no shot in any road game if they stay that weak minded.

Watched KSR Zoom Action YouTube podcast last night. They did a video breakdown of the last two games. The lack of physicality and effort is so alarming. Watch the video, we have veteran players that look like they have never been taught how to box out. What's even more disappointing was the lack of effort rebounding (Amari Williams).

Also, I think it is common for teams to both play better vs a tougher opponent (UGA compared to MSU), and to play better after a loss.

I have watched a few games of Miss. St. and I think they are a very good team. Just don't think we can win this one. Loved to be wrong.
