but it doesn't seem like much gets posted here anymore.

I'm going to try and post more. (not that anyone gives a **** what I gotta say) So here it goes:

First, I became a great uncle...again...for the 6th time. And I ain't that old...just 45. Seems weird, but whatever... And the our family's new baby girl is the daughter of two OSU alumni. So congrats to my Nephew & Niece-in-law.

Next, watch Crazy Heart, if you haven't. I think it'd appeal to you rednecks. (I mean that in the nicest "redneck" way possible. Hell, most of my family are rednecks.) I digress... Jeff Bridges is great, and Maggie Gyllenhaal plays a girl from Enid. It's a decent flick.

Last, my favorite version of Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain is Willie performing live at Austin City Limits in running shoes, a sleeveless black t-shirt and cowboy hat. He truly is special.

I also like Mamma Tried & Alicia Keys. I have eclectic tastes.

Does anyone else have a kid who likes watching other people play video games on Youtube? My 9-year-old does; I find that odd. But he's a hell of a good kid, so it's hard for me to complain too much.

Has anyone here tried Meth? I have not. But I deal with a lot of people who use it...regularly. It's ******* ridiculous. It must be a ******* great high because it really ***** up their lives, and they don't seem to be able to give it up.

Speaking of meth , with all the different ways of taking it , has anyone crystallized it into a suppository? What about other drugs? Makes sense.

I was into about my fourth of fifth bourbon when I started this thread.

Drinking & posting... not the best decision in retrospect.
Still didn’t answer what your trauma was.

Also, kids watching others play video games is hugely popular. I don’t get it either, but it’s not abnormal.

I’m from Hennessey, so naturally I know a few former meth heads.

They seem to be clean from meth but they sure don’t look like it. That stuff just ruins a body. On the outside at least anyway.

How’d they get clean/stay clean? Good for them by the way.

Well, I appreciate the thread, congrats on the Uncledom, and the greatest tv musical performance I've ever seen was when Ray Charles sang A Song For You on some show to Willie while he stood in the corner and strummed Trigger. Willie cried. Ray could do that, ya know.

Greatest musical performance (Or one I've enjoyed) was when I smoked a fatty and wondered up on Jane's Addiction playing a small, private room. Jason Isbell and Sturgill burned down Thackerville one night, too.

Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks are coming back to the Brady. Underrated, IMO.

Heelers are great dogs, but violent. I'm going to check in on the politics board and pray this conference call winds down. Drones gotta drone. I detest people that have to drag out meeting with irrelevant, stupid %^&#ing questions and concerns so they can hear themselves talk and convince someone they're on their ****.

Chill hammered on the non sports board. Your kid watching video games won’t compare to him finding this gem in twenty years!
