Talk about f ing demoralizing! As someone else already said, you just knew that 3 was going in. Then, it simply wasnt.
He's special. He had an off game compared to what he's been doing all year but he still found a way to be spectacular. OFC
That was a huge play. Zion had 5 to's and no points in the second half, but he does stuff like that. Can't take him out. Love this dude, even when he's struggling, he still impacts the game.
I could watch that clip all night. I wasn't even finished muttering: how the f did they leave him that wide open, then just said: "never mind" to the wife.

He started out about 15 feet away. Less than a second later he’s swatting it into the stands. Unreal!

That clip needs to be about 3 seconds longer so we could see the reactions of the UVA players. And with a sound clip of "how you like me now!
The distance from where he started, how high up he was, and where he landed is uncalled for. Zion cannot be human!

I don’t think UVA led at all in this game, which is amazing in of itself.
Tony Bennet was asked about this play after the game and he said something funny like “I think there might only be two guys in the world who could have made that play and they were both in the gym tonight”. Pretty high praise from him lumping Zion in with LeBron.
I LEGIT missed this play because when I saw the kick out to him and the wide open shot, I hung my head and cussed. Lol, looked up and they were showing the replay. Insane.
Zion had a quiet night on the offensive side ( as quiet an 18 as you can have )but the defensive side was amazing and energizing...he's our talisman
And not kill the patrons in the front row haha.
He's still on the rise when he actually blocks the shot. That's nuts.

I've watched this gif well over 50 times, and I still can't believe that block. And I'm going to differ with Tony Bennett slightly on how many people could have made that. Lebron is great, and can do just about anything on a basketball court, but I don't think his 34 year old legs could pull that off now.

Look at the camera angle from the side... his feet are SO goddamned high in the air... it’s spectacular!
He is a beast. IF Miami had blocked one of 3 of these yesterday, the game would have had a diff winner. The holes won't get that many uncontested 3's against this team..
