Times there has been police brutality do to unnecessary laws ?
First one that comes to mind is the guy in NYC (Eric I believe) cops was doing their job by arresting him for selling single cigarettes. If not for over reach by those in office & writing a stupid law the cops would not have been arresting him , he would not have been resisting arrest ( stupid law & I'm sure he thought it was)& nobody would have gotten killed.
Think it's time we look at over reaching laws ? That would definitely stop a lot of stupidity....
