Some on this site “freak out” every time a player who may/may not had conversation with UK signs with another team. Then a new player enters the portal and hysteria breaks out on this fantastic player that we must sign or we should cancel next season. Wash, rinse, repeat!
Patience is required. Near the end of April 2024, we had zero players. We now have 3 portal players, 3 freshmen, and all but Kerr of our potential returnees. CMP and staff probably have a list and film on every player currently in the portal. They know more than all of us combined and will put together a roster of talented players that fit the system and will have the competitive drive and demeanor that will complement their future teammates. Trust and patience required. The sky is not falling! UK will be more than fine when the roster building is complete.

Lottery pick potential. Potential wise nobody in the portal is Ian Jackson. Not even close. Poor guy chose to play for Hubert Davis and with that chucker Rajai Davis.
