What do black on black murders have to do with police shooting people in the back and head running from traffic stops?
Certainly violent crime is a problem. Black on black crime is a problem. Police using deadly force where it isn't needed is also a problem. The police are supposed to be the professionals in these situations. Supposed to be trained as to when it is appropriate to use deadly force.
So, because you post two videos of police shootings where suspects are running away, it makes it gospel that "police shooting people in the back and head" is the norm everywhere? Put your self in the shoes of law enforcement for a day and then come back and tell us how it's "supposed to be trained."
Black on black crime has everything to do with what started this thread, an nfl player refusing to stand for the national anthem and flag because it represents such oppression of people of color. If people like you and the nfl player would stop and just try to figure out where some of these roots of anger splinter off and what groups of people (democratically led inner cities) for years have continued to oppress the inner city citizens with lies and layered poverty, you might be surprised that it's not always the police nor non-black people who are to be blamed.
I personally believe that much of societal decay begins in the home where there are many single or no parent families. Maybe if the nfl player would try to address his personal issues with how his family failed him and advocate there instead of disrespecting this great country and the millions of people who have good hearts and intentions (like the parents who raised him) who try to make it better, he might be onto something.
