Not really since Briles already knew Sam had a history of violence towards women. Rape is a crime of violence. Briles didn't need to be in the room, he's the one who invited Sam into the room and then left him to act out on a new and unsuspecting group of girls.

Hire a independent firm to review the reports, interviews, evidence, etc. about what happened and what is really at Briles feet vs. others; along with the circumstances as to why he acted how he did. If he's really Satan, then pass. But you may be surprised what you find.
Briles is right up there with Petrino as a top notch, FB genius that a school like UK, UL, etc. wouldn't be able to sniff had he not had his transgressions. Cal had Jeremy Hunt at Memphis who assaulted his girlfriend and just invited Deandre Liggins back for BBM, he's had him back several times since he beat the **** out of his GF.

As I've said in several other post, here in Memphis Cal had issues that ranged from players in trouble with the law from prositution, to rape allegations, to inciting riots, to drugs, to other severe charges. I don't have to link them. I was there for one of the incidences on Beale Street. I only keep bringing this up because we've got fans that don't understand anything past Cal minus the NCAA infractions. There were many more issues that flagged him.
Coaches can redeem their name, and for some reason in football we won't even give the guys a chance. If Cal was a football coach and I laid out his full record at Umass and Memphis, some of you wouldn't even entertain him. And thats the truth.

If any of you would put Briles on a college campus again until the investigation is 100% complete and all doubt put to bed about what he did or did not do, I think you need to re-exam. Petrino was a jerkoff but he didn't pose a danger to the kids on campus. Art Briles did if the allegations are close to true.
